Ingredients:
4 cloves of garlic, crushed
50g onion, diced
6 pieces of beef meatballs, sliced
150g carrots, thinly sliced
150g white cabbage, chopped
150g broccoli, separated into florets
50g snow peas
100g button mushrooms, halved
150g Chinese cabbage, diced
2 teaspoons of seasoning powder
1 teaspoon of cornstarch, dissolved in warm water
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
¼ teaspoon of white pepper powder
1 teaspoon of sugar
200ml water
2 teaspoons of olive oil
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Heat a wok or pan and add oil. Sauté the diced onion and crushed garlic until fragrant. Then, add the sliced beef meatballs and stir-fry until well combined.
- Add all the vegetables, seasonings, seasoning powder, and water. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the cornstarch mixture and sesame oil, then stir until well combined. Cook until the sauce thickens, then remove from heat.
