Ratih Rachmawaty has been part of AMAAN as Chief Executive Officer since 2020. Obtained a Bachelor of Economics degree from the Faculty of Economics, majoring in Accounting, Padjadjaran University, Bandung (1994) with a Cum Laude predicate, and received an MBA from Melbourne Business School, University of Melbourne (2000).
Has been in the banking sector for 24 years, and has focused on building a business model with the mass market segment in the last 15 years. She has served as President Director of BTPN Syariah (2017-2020) She is one of the key founders of Danamon Simpan Pinjam mass market business at PT Bank Danamon Tbk, microbanking business, and productive poor business at Bank BTPN.
Thanks to her persistence, she was awarded as one of The Top 10 Most Influential Women in Islamic Business & Finance and Financial Top Leader (2019) in the Sharia category from Warta Ekonomi. She is active in conducting studies related to micro banking in various countries, such as India, Mexico, Peru and Bangladesh, as well as special institutions working in the field of financial inclusion and poverty alleviation, such as the Grameen Foundation and the United Nation Capital Development Fund (UNCDF). She has also participated in various leadership trainings, such as those from McKinsey & Company and Harvard Business School, among others.
Taras Wibawa Siregar has been part of AMAAN as Co-Founder Chief Business Officer since May, 2020.
Obtained Master of Business Administration degree in 1998 from Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School Business, Louisiana, and USA Bachelor of Science (Faculty of Computer Science) and Bachelor of Arts (Faculty of Business Administration) in 1993 from Washington State University, Washington, USA.
He has served as Director of Business (2017-2020) and has also served as Director of Compliance and Risk Management at BTPN Syariah and the Board of Commissioners of BTPN Syariah from 2014 to 2015, as well as Deputy Chief Risk Officer of PT BTPN. Not only that, he also has experience in other banks, such as Bank Danamon and Citibank N.A.
He participated in several trainings and seminars such as Citibank, Risk Management Certification Agency, Bank Indonesia, The Risk Forum School of Finance, and other training.
Mulia Salim has been part of AMAAN as Chief Operating Officer since 2020.
He earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Indonesia (1993).
He was once a Director of BTPN Syariah and served as Head of Micro Business, Director of UMK Business and Operations Director at PT BTPN. He has also served as the Project Leader for the acquisition and integration of the American Express business at Bank Danamon, and held various positions at Citibank N.A.
Participated in various training programs such as Citibank Asia Pacific Leadership Forum Shanghai, Danamon Leadership Academy, Leading for Organizational Impact, and other training on the Basics of Sharia Banking.
Johny Ng has been part of AMAAN since 2020. He earned his Master of Science from the University of Wisconsin - Applied Mathematics, and Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin - Applied Mathematics.
He has experience in IT for more than 30 years, and has served as Services Senior Executive, IBM ASEAN/South Asia, Financial Services Industry at IBM for 11 years, and Founder & Commissioner for 24 years at PT Infoflow Solutions.
Mahdi Syahbuddin has been part of AMAAN as Commissioner since April, 2022.
He earned a Bachelor of Aviation Engineering degree from the Bandung Institute of Technology (1987), and has a career experience of more than 36 years. Began his career as a Junior Engineer at IPTN (1985), and Senior Engineering at Atlantic Richfield, ARCO (1987). He started his banking career as Manager, Asset Product Services Department at Citibank N.A (1989), then held several positions at Bank Universal (1944-2002).
He was a member of the Board of Commissioners of BTPN Syariah, and served as a Director at PT Bank BTPN Tbk (BTPN) (2008-2014) with his last position as Director of Human Capital. He has certifications in several expertise, such as Risk Management Certification 1 for the Board of Commissioners by the Banking Professional Certification Institute (LSPP) and the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP), Executive Level Risk Management Certification by the Banking Professional Certification Institute (LSPP), Sharia Banking Refreshment Program in the International Islamic Bank area by the Banking Professional Certification Institute (LSPP) and the Association of Indonesian Sharia Banks (Asbisindo), as well as various other refresher and professional training programs.
Fitri Dianasari has been part of AMAAN as Head of People and Culture since July 2020. She is a graduate of the University of Indonesia majoring in Psychology. In line with her education, she has more than 20 years of experience working in various corporate industries in the Human Resource field.
Graduating from undergraduate education in 1996, she started her career as a consultant, then contributed to HSBC as AVP - Learning and Development for 4 years starting from June 2004 to May 2008. After that, she moved to Daya Dimensi Indonesia as a senior consultant for 1 year, and advanced her career in the same company as Solution Manager - Business Execution Group until October 2012. In the same year, she moved to Lenzing AG as Regional Talent Manager for 3 years. Before settling in Amaan Indonesia Sejahtera company, she also worked at PT Bank BTPN Tbk in Human Capital for 5 years.
Fitri Dianasari has several 'endorsed skills' from several of her colleagues especially in the field of Human Capital Management. She also has several certifications; among others, risk management certification, MBTI, Targeted Selection Interviewer, Dimension Analyst, EQi 2.0, and several other supporting certifications.
Deviana has been Amaan's Head of Marketing Branding and Communication Division since September 2022 until now. Prior to Amaan, she was Head of Daya Development at BTPN Syariah for eleven years and two months. As a Trisakti graduate in accounting, she has also worked for Putera Sampoerna Foundation for five years and four months as a program officer and partner relations senior officer. Based on her experience, she has a proven work history in various industries: Education, NGOs and Banking. And from those experiences, she is certified skilled in Marketing & Campaign Management, Event Management, Social Entrepreneurship, Community Development, Program Development and Learning Management. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree with a focus on Accounting from Trisakti University in 2000 and is currently studying at MM Sustainability CECT Trisakti.
Wisnu Dibyanto has been part of AMAAN in the Operations and Service division since February 2021 until now. He has experience in the financial services industry. Skilled in Analytical Skills, Management, Leadership, Business Process Improvement, and Banking, he also has a wealth of professional experience in business development and holds a Bachelor's degree focusing on Accounting and Computer Science from Bina Nusantara University (Binus).
Graduated his undergraduate education in 2003, he started his career in July 2003 to November 2007 at Standard Chartered Bank as Team Leader Credit Support or CCPL. After that, he continued his career at Maybank as Credit support-QC-Process improvement and MIS for 5 years and 8 months. He continued his career journey at Permata bank as Product and Program Development for 1 year and 6 months. After the aforementioned journey, Wisnu Dibyanto also worked at Commonwealth Bank for 4 years as Unsecured Loan Processing and External Credit Support. Then he worked at Axiata Digital Capital Indonesia for 1 year and Gojek Financial Service for 1 year. After that he worked since February 2021 until now at PT Amaan Indonesia Sejahtera.
Adriani Surono is a former Senior VP at a National Private Bank in Jakarta with more than 25 years of working experience in Human Capital Development.
In June 2016, she completed the Harvard Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School (Cambridge, USA), a consortium of universities from Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Tufts University dedicated to developing the theory and practice of negotiation and conflict management.
Adriani has also completed the New Leadership Certificate of Achievement at Cambridge Judge Business School (Cambridge, UK) in 2018 and the Presencing Foundation Program conducted by the Presencing Institute (an Organization within the Massachusetts Institute of Technology) in 2015 to develop a suite of leadership programs including a negotiation module.
Ahmad Zarkasi has been the Head of Product at AMAAN since January 2021, with a scope of working to bring better access to financial services to suburban areas. As a 2015 graduate of the Bandung Institute of Technology's industrial engineering program, he started his career at PT Kudo Teknologi Indonesia as a project management officer to product manager. He also worked at Grab for two years and four months as a senior and lead product manager prior to working before he joined Amaan. In between his career he took a license and coursera course certificates that was published in January 2018 with the title business metrics for data-driven companies.
Hani was born in Bandung, October 1971, and graduated from Industrial Engineering, Bandung Institute of Technology in 1994. She started her career at PT Bank Universal, Tbk as an assistant manager.
During her tenure at Bank Universal, she worked as Assistant Manager for Liability Products, Systems, and Procedures, Production Manager for Time Deposit Investment and Remote Banking Development, and Assistant Vice President for Product Development and Business Support.
Hani was also appointed by IBRA as a member of the merger team of PT Bank Universal, Tbk into PT Bank Permata Tbk in 2003. She then joined PT Bank Mega, Tbk as Assistant VP for Mega Grand Plan Project to prepare a medium term blueprint for the company. At the same time, she was also appointed as Head of Product Development and Investment.
In 2004, Hani joined PT Jaring Sinergy Mandiri as Head of Business and Product Development, and later appointed as Head of Service Quality and Business Development at PT Direct Vision (Astro TV). During 2005 to 2007, she was Senior Assistant Vice President at PT Bank Danamon, Tbk.
During 2008 to 2013, she served as Head of Business Strategy, Business Development, and Distribution and Sales Division at Bank Sahabat Purba Danarta. Since 2014, she has also served as Commissioner of PT BPR Dana Mandiri Bogor, one of the best rural banks in Indonesia (Infobank Award).
Before becoming part of AMAAN in January 2021 until now, Markus Karjadi who graduated from Bina Nusantara University (BINUS) majoring in Information Technology in 1996 started his career path by working for PT Miki System Indonesia as a developer for 2 years since 2000. He then pursued his career for 18 years and 6 months by working as a Solutions Architect at Infoflow Solutions.
In January 2021, he started working with AMAAN as a Solutions Architect. From his career journey, some of the certifications obtained are; MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional
(Microsoft), MCSD1: Visual Studio 6.0 (Microsoft), MCDBA: Microsoft SQL Server 2000 (Microsoft), and many more published by Microsoft.
Andrie Priandiri Sudarwanto is a graduate from Bogor Agricultural University with a major in Agricultural Engineering. He then continued his studies at the University of Indonesia with a postgraduate degree in Social Welfare Science. During his career, he participated in many volunteer programs; from FOI Foodbank of Indonesia, to Earth Hour Global. She started her career journey from doing several internships, freelance programs, until finally becoming a full-time worker at Amaan as Business Planning and Performance for two years and four months since January 2021. In addition to her career journey, she also decided to take a certification at the University of Virginia which was published in May 2020 on the topic of Introduction to Personal Branding.
Dwi Gelegar Gilang has been part of Employer Branding, Attraction, and Engagement for Amaan since July 2022 until now. With his undergraduate background as an International Relations graduate at Paramadina University, Dwi Gelegar Gilang has a variety of experiences in his career journey before working at Amaan; from automotive companies, banking, to education. He volunteered with Gerakan Indonesia Mengajar in November 2010. After returning from volunteering in 2011, he worked in the External Affairs department for 8 months. She has also worked at Daya Dimensi Indonesia, PT Asuransi Jiwa Sequis Life, Traveloka, Ruangguru, and PT Bank BTPN Tbk for 3 years.
Hanafi Sumantri has been part of customer engagement for Amaan Indonesia since July 2021 until now. As a graduate of Pasundan University majoring in Management in 2002, he has a lot of experience and has been in the banking world for a long time. Hanafi has a wide range of experience around human resources, human capital, people partners, and various other experiences. Prior to working at Amaan, he worked at BTPN Syariah for 10 years, OCBC Bank, PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, and PT United Tractors. Hanafi also claimed as a certified Human Resources Professional issued by GML Consulting.
Jansen Rionaldo has been the Head of Financial Management at Amaan since February 2023 until now. He has an educational background in Business Administration and Management as an undergraduate at STIE Kalpataru and a diploma at Parahyangan Catholic University. However, most of his career has been in banking. He started his career journey at Bank Danamon Indonesia from 2009 to 2013, which then he continued to work at PT. Bank Pundi Indonesia as Team Leader Coordinator, PT. Bank OCBC NISP Tbk as Collections Supervisor, Sampoerna Financial Group as Collections Manager, Traveloka as Collection Management, and FAZZ Financial Group as head of Collection for 7 months before working at Amaan. From his career path, he also has licenses and certifications namely; Financing Collection Professional Certification from SPPI in 2018, Financing Basic Certification - Managerial in 2019, and Risk Management Officer (CRMO) issued by LSPMR (Risk Management Professional Certification Institute) in 2020.
