Ratih Rachmawaty has been part of AMAAN as Chief Executive Officer since 2020. Obtained a Bachelor of Economics degree from the Faculty of Economics, majoring in Accounting, Padjadjaran University, Bandung (1994) with a Cum Laude predicate, and received an MBA from Melbourne Business School, University of Melbourne (2000).
Has been in the banking sector for 24 years, and has focused on building a business model with the mass market segment in the last 15 years. She has served as President Director of BTPN Syariah (2017-2020) She is one of the key founders of Danamon Simpan Pinjam mass market business at PT Bank Danamon Tbk, microbanking business, and productive poor business at Bank BTPN.
Thanks to her persistence, she was awarded as one of The Top 10 Most Influential Women in Islamic Business & Finance and Financial Top Leader (2019) in the Sharia category from Warta Ekonomi. She is active in conducting studies related to micro banking in various countries, such as India, Mexico, Peru and Bangladesh, as well as special institutions working in the field of financial inclusion and poverty alleviation, such as the Grameen Foundation and the United Nation Capital Development Fund (UNCDF). She has also participated in various leadership trainings, such as those from McKinsey & Company and Harvard Business School, among others.
Taras Wibawa Siregar has been part of AMAAN as Co-Founder Chief Business Officer since May, 2020.
Obtained Master of Business Administration degree in 1998 from Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School Business, Louisiana, and USA Bachelor of Science (Faculty of Computer Science) and Bachelor of Arts (Faculty of Business Administration) in 1993 from Washington State University, Washington, USA.
He has served as Director of Business (2017-2020) and has also served as Director of Compliance and Risk Management at BTPN Syariah and the Board of Commissioners of BTPN Syariah from 2014 to 2015, as well as Deputy Chief Risk Officer of PT BTPN. Not only that, he also has experience in other banks, such as Bank Danamon and Citibank N.A.
He participated in several trainings and seminars such as Citibank, Risk Management Certification Agency, Bank Indonesia, The Risk Forum School of Finance, and other training.
Mulia Salim has been part of AMAAN as Chief Operating Officer since 2020.
He earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Indonesia (1993).
He was once a Director of BTPN Syariah and served as Head of Micro Business, Director of UMK Business and Operations Director at PT BTPN. He has also served as the Project Leader for the acquisition and integration of the American Express business at Bank Danamon, and held various positions at Citibank N.A.
Participated in various training programs such as Citibank Asia Pacific Leadership Forum Shanghai, Danamon Leadership Academy, Leading for Organizational Impact, and other training on the Basics of Sharia Banking.
Johny Ng has been part of AMAAN since 2020. He earned his Master of Science from the University of Wisconsin - Applied Mathematics, and Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin - Applied Mathematics.
He has experience in IT for more than 30 years, and has served as Services Senior Executive, IBM ASEAN/South Asia, Financial Services Industry at IBM for 11 years, and Founder & Commissioner for 24 years at PT Infoflow Solutions.
Mahdi Syahbuddin has been part of AMAAN as Commissioner since April, 2022.
He earned a Bachelor of Aviation Engineering degree from the Bandung Institute of Technology (1987), and has a career experience of more than 36 years. Began his career as a Junior Engineer at IPTN (1985), and Senior Engineering at Atlantic Richfield, ARCO (1987). He started his banking career as Manager, Asset Product Services Department at Citibank N.A (1989), then held several positions at Bank Universal (1944-2002).
He was a member of the Board of Commissioners of BTPN Syariah, and served as a Director at PT Bank BTPN Tbk (BTPN) (2008-2014) with his last position as Director of Human Capital. He has certifications in several expertise, such as Risk Management Certification 1 for the Board of Commissioners by the Banking Professional Certification Institute (LSPP) and the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP), Executive Level Risk Management Certification by the Banking Professional Certification Institute (LSPP), Sharia Banking Refreshment Program in the International Islamic Bank area by the Banking Professional Certification Institute (LSPP) and the Association of Indonesian Sharia Banks (Asbisindo), as well as various other refresher and professional training programs.
