Milk Pie Recipe
Ingredients for the pie crust:
125 gr all-purpose flour
75 gr margarine
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp powdered sugar
Ingredients for the milk pie filling:
1 egg yolk
100 ml sweetened condensed milk
50 ml water
1 tbsp cornstarch (dissolved in water)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
How to make milk pie:
- Mix all the ingredients for the pie crust until well combined, then set aside.
- Stir the filling ingredients using a fork until well mixed.
- Prepare a pie mold and grease it with margarine. Press the pie crust mixture into the mold, ensuring it is evenly spread on the surface. Use a fork to prick the bottom of the crust. Repeat until all the pie crust mixture is used.
- Pour the milk pie filling into the crust, then bake it in the oven for about 20 minutes. Remove it from the oven when the filling turns golden and sets.
